Hotel! Hi Hakz, sorry to hear that you had the same problem with your hotel, isn't it a pain! I called my rep this morning and it seems that the UK are still determine to give me the hotel which is a down-grade and not willing to upgrade me. I am now waiting for a manager from the Uk to call me. I hope it all works out the for best. :-)

Its a shame to hear about your hotel problems!! I must admit when I went to America in the summer it was exactly the same! No one seems to know what to do and my stay was fraught with problems! I'm sure if they've down graded your hotel you should get some sort of refund along with pushing for a better hotel! :)

Hey!!!! How are you? I was going to email you tonight..... I can't believe you are only a couple of hours drive from me, I am so looking forward to seeing you. We are so going to get totally drunk at city walk!!!! I have got the shuttle schedule ready for us. I am ahead of my schedule so we will be able to take it easy while you are here. I apparently have been booked into the Marriott hotel in Miami instead, but I think it is only a 3 star and the Riu was a 4 star, I will be online tonight to see what other hotels there are. I can't believe I am having to deal with this whilst I am holiday!!!!!! Great Holiday! See, I said you should have come! :-) The holiday is going really well thanks. Had a bit of a problem with the Miami hotel, but sorting it out. Everything is so much bigger....the cakes in the bakery are HUGE!!! And the sweets that we have in the UK are at least twice the size over here.

On Tuesday 21st April 2009, I am going to North America (Florida and California) for 3 weeks - Spending 10 nights in Orlando, 6 nights in Miami and ending with 5 nights in Hollywood/LA. If all goes well, whilst in Miami, I am also going to take a day trip to the Bahamas.
