Hey everyone! Well I had my first birthday in Europe! It was amazing :-) I spent it with a great person, and I also got spoiled rotten from people at school. A very good day. I still don't know whether I'm staying at the school next year but I think I'm getting my answer next week! Other than that, I will have a break (Easter break) in a week's time, and I'm first going to Krakow for the weekend next weekend and then I'm off to Paris on the 7th for 5 days! :-) I'm really excited. Hello everyone! I figured it's been a while since I updated this thing, so I wanna keep you up to date on my life here in Warsaw. I had my first gathering at my flat yesterday evening and it was very nice. I had the friends over that I've met since being in Warsaw, and we had a thai cooking party! It was lots and lots of fun. Hey Everyone! I forgot to tell you in my last entry one of the greatest things I saw in Amsterdam! I saw the Anne Frank House, and was INSIDE of it! It was soooo cool. Well I had an amazing weekend everyone - could have been better because I had some problems with my knee again and been getting over a bad cold...but overall, it was fun. Did lots and lots of sightseeing (my legs and feet could feel it) ;-) and saw many things. We went to the Van Gogh Museum, walked and saw all the pretty canals, and did a TON of shopping (I got some great deals by the way). Hey everyone! Even tho I wasn't feeling that hot yesterday, I decided that it would be good for me to get out of the apartment for a little while. I went out to dinner to a mexican restaurant (that I've been to a few times already) with some friends and then after we went to see the movie, The Last King of Scotland. Quite a gory movie, but the lead actor was pretty good-looking so it made it worth it :-) Anywho, I slept for like 9.5 hours last night, so I feel lots better today. Hey all, ok well I'm sick once again. And it seems like it's the same thing as I had 2 weeks ago. I obviously finished up my meds for the previous illness last week and now once again, I have some bad cough. I'm convinced it's from those germ-filled kids I have! I have a doctor's appt. tonight and I'm going to ask her why I'm always getting such bad coughs that last forever. Hi all, ok, well I'm feeling SLIGHTLY better today now that I've caught up on sleep. Still hacking away, but again medicine is slowly kicking in and working. I didn't wanna make the weekend a complete waste so I decided to check out the Palace of Culture here in Warsaw with a friend of mine that I met. Hey everyone. Well it's been a few days since I've updated you on things here. It's been a tough week - I have to admit. I've had quite the struggle with my class in terms of behaviour. I'm having a tough time with discipline, but it's no wonder because there's soooo many boys in the class! Hey everyone! Ok well first off, I went to a club last night here in Warsaw and it was unbelievable. I for the first time witnessed how much polish people love their culture here. People were singing and dancing to the music that was playing in the club. It was so great to see :-) I felt sort of abnormal being there, but still it was a wonderful experience.
