Arrive Dublin airport and make our way to Athboy Westmead to stay in an awesome estate 6 bedrooms massive place very cool. Spend 3 days touring around central Ireland and sampling ales in all sorts of local little pubs Very relaxing 3 days too short tho. http://www.travelblog.org/Europe/Ireland/blog-375829.html Mike Kaz Nic and I decide to take a camping trip around Portugal Fly into Porto pick up a rental and head to our first nights destination. Extremely hot so the cold beer is very welcomed. Next day we tour Porto sightseeing along the river and head to a port tasting factory very interesting some botlles of port date to 1851 for a mere 3500 euros Next destination Evira and Coimbra have lunch http://www.travelblog.org/Europe/Portugal/blog-375620.html Arrive in Istanbul to great weather real hot and search out our hostel have a walk round historic centre and visit the Blue Mosque massive place very impressive. Spend next 2 days exploring Istanbul then take overnight trip to Gallipoli. Very sobering standing where 250000 Turks kiwis and Ausys lost their lives in such a small area. We Meet our tour leader and go out for dinner nice early night. next day up at 6 have breakfast and into Cairo museum see King Tuts jewels and mask very cool and learn lots about the history of the Pharohs and Egyptian empire. Next stop a perfumery and see where all top brands are made. Arrive around midday and explore the little town and few drinks and bed early. Up at 7 and spend the day boarding and skiing awesome snow and the chairlift 100 mtrs from our door. Spend 5 Days snowboarding in awesome conditions and spend new years up the hill with beers vodka grilled cheese sausages and fireworks all good have to leave all to soon but awesome holiday http://www.travelblog.org/Europe/Poland/Lesser-Poland/Zakopane/blog-233032.html Fly through Munich and Dusseldorf into Warsaw on xmas day then taxi to Olsztyn with Mike Kaz Guesty Jess Sheree Nic and I for wedding of Jeremy and Eva. Spend 2 days looking around in teperatures around 36 degrees very hot Next mission another 5.5 hours on a train to Split where our cruise starts. Spend the night in Split and have a look round very cool little place. Check into our boats at 1200 and sort our rooms. Name of the boat is the Omladinac which means young man apparently. People staying are also real friendly. Next day up early and sightseeing amazing architecture along the river. Weather real hot so go to thermal baths to cool off pools awesome with heated and cold pools nice to take a swim for once. Wicked city but small and quiet which is nice as have been on the go for a while. Real cool market square and buldings awesome at night. Take a tour of the city on bus and stop at fun park to go on roller coaster and have some chill time. Take in all the sights of the city and relax with happy hour again . Sheree arrives and head into centre of Prague wonder around and find prague square which is pretty cool. Take a river cruise for tea and take in more sights before retiring. Up early and head to Prague castle and take a look around. Next day take a bike tour of Berlin which goes all day Really aweome place has so much history learn heaps about the wall politics and Nazi rule fantastic guide. Spend the next day going back to sights for more in depth look around. Loads of people in Valletta celebrating cool atmosphere. 1102 Went on tour to Gozo Maltas sister island.
