Hi All, We are about to leave Paris for a Castle in the south of France. Its only for 4 nights. I know 4 nights. how can you appreciqte the south of france in 5 days??? Day 7 - LA Nothing much happened today. We took a local bus to the mall and back. Except….. our second encounter with the TSA. Transport “Stuffers” America - it’s a government dept formed for your security. Look’em up. Anyway we arrive at the LAX in plenty of time - 5 hours to be exact as our plane was delayed 1.5 hours. We get our boarding passes and are then informed that WE need to take our check-in bags over to the other side of the airport to get x-rayed and then checked in. Hi All....yes it has been some time! Anyway here we are. Day 7 cont. After a frustrating LAX airport visit we were finally on the BA plane! Again in business class however the seating arrangements were quite odd and Eric and I were seated facing opposite directions (I was backwards but I had the window seat as the compromise). Well you wouldn't know it from the amount of crying kids. The first collaboration; Despite agreeing to an early morning departure we slept in until 10am. We managed to hit the Disneyland ticket booth by 11.30am, bought our tickets and then tried to enter the wrong theme park. Once successfully inside the gates (of Disneyland) we sat down for 5 minutes and planned our attack. Hi All, Here is what we’ve been up to. July 1, Day 1 - by Eric Moet for breakfast at the Qantas Club - it really is the only way to start an around the world trip. Although in all the rush to get there I did forget to claim back the GST on the camera I bought the day before. Oh well.
