It sounds challenging working against some of the different ideologies there. Keep on going though! You will have an amazing book and these boys will remeber these experiences for the rest of their lifes.

Hi from Salish - From: "My head, it's not goody"
Kayla, you don't know me but I have just spent the day with your mom and dad at Megan and Jeremy's wedding. Meri and Tim are my daughter's Godparents. The wedding was beautiful and we enjoyed meeting your sister. I had met your sister when she was 18mnths old! Anyway, we talked about you and I was very interested to read about your Tanzania experience. I grew up in Zimbabwe and now live in California. Enjoy the rest of your time in Africa. I am a nurse and the only thing I can think of that may cause those bald spots is some sort of vitamin deficiency or a fungal thing. I would guess that would be quite easy to diagnose though if it was.

Life in Africa - From: Fourth times a charm?
Never a dull moment! All things to look back on and laugh, but not necessarily fun at the time ..... it's going to be a real disconnecvt to come back to Canada. Reading your account, all I think of are the smells - you bring it all to life - thanks for sharing.
