I have had an amazing time on the road. I really fell into the routine and even a week into it was regretting that it would have to come to an end. Now with just 2 days left of cycling I am sad that I won't be on the road for much longer. I'm not sad about the semis and some of the other drivers but sad that the journey is coming to an end. I left Sydney over a week ago and have been on the road, camping and staying in cabins as I ride up the coast. The country is soooo beautiful. I could definitely live here. The people are great, super friendly and very obliging. A lovely couple took me in for the night at Tea Gardens. Highlights: The stars!!! The ocean! The kangaroos at my campsite :) Being cold at night :( Today I spent a few hours just staring at the beautiful ocean at a place called Crescent Head. Lots of surfers. Well I have arrived in Sydney. Everything everyone has said about it is true. It is a beautiful city. I'm enjoying walking about and cycling now that I have my new bike. Yes, a new bike. Since part of any trip always involves the planning, I have decided to try out this travelblog by making my first entry about the preparation stage.
