Not much to report here, Christmas was fairly quite this year with Mim & G-Dad away we spent the day at Aunty Lis and Uncle David's house, playing games and backyard cricket!!! Hi All We hope this blog finds you all well and totally on top of your Christmas shopping... Especially since you now only have 2 days left to go!!!! We have had to be organised this year as Christmas came early... Mim (mum) and G-Dad (dad) headed off to the USA on the 19th of December to be with Robert on his 21st Birthday (which they spent in Vegas...What better way to bring in your 21st???). Hi All I know it's taken a while...and I know most of you have had some pictures sent through from mum!!! But here are a few from us. For those of you we haven't spoken to yet. Labor was great!!! HAHA 20 hours of fun!!! NOT!!! Without going into too many details ... we arrived at the hospital (the first time) at 8pm only to be told that I was 1cm dialated!!! Hi All and welcome to the latest sager in the Jellybean's short history!!! Fiko's 30th Birthday Well it was a few weeks ago now, but we celebrated Fiko's 30th birthday in style at Hard Rock Cafe in Surfers. It was a great turn out and lots of fun was had by all!!! In keeping with the retro theme of the Hard Rock Cafe Fiko celebrated the big 3 - 0 with an ice-cream cake, his loving wife arranged for him. With chocolate and strawberry ice-cream with a layer of vanilla with Turkish delight mixed in!!! It was fantastic even if I do say so myself!!! On Saturday our littlest friend, Kira Standeaven, was baptised in a lovely little ceremony held in Stu and Rach's backyard. Kira was so well behaved until handed to her new Godmoter. As the Priest handed Kira to her Godmother with the words "it is the Godmother's responsibility to care for the child no matter what" and with perfect timing Kira spat up all over her leather jacket!!! hehehehe The rest of the day passed with more food than any one could eat...how's that going by the way Rach??? 17 Weeks - Gold Coast Hospital Visit Today we spent hours of our lives wwwaaaiiitttiiinnnggg at the Gold Coast Hospital Antenatal Clinic. We will not make that mistake again!!!! We have not been happy with a new doctor we had just started seeing so for this month's monthly check-up we decided we'd visit the hospital ... mostly because it was free and I hadn't collected my Bounty Bag!
