Hey yall!!! Sorry it has been a while, weve been way too busy drinking sangria!! Spain is soo beautiful , its wayyy nicer than we thought it was going to be like. we thought it would be like mexico but its not at allll!! we might extend a few more nights, if the hostel has room, but if not, then were going to madrid in two days!!! the beaches here are sooo amazing, and the shopping here is sooo cheap!! i bought a pair of jeans a shirt and a dress already. all for like 70 euro. im totally over my cold, but unfortunately brittany picked up one too. its hard when theres a few people sick staying in a 15 person dorm!! your pretty much bound to get sick! HEY Brittany and i arrived in nice yesterday morning, and we were compleeeetely blown away. its soooo beautiful here, and i usually say that about all countries weve been to but nice is sooo pretty here. the only thing that were kind of bummed about are the rocky beaches. oh well. yesterday we met to french canadians and we hung out with them on the beach and watched the huuuuuge planes take off from the airport thats just off of the port. then we went to a cute little cafe where we had crepes and expresso. we plan to take a day trip to monacco soon, but the weather here kind of sucks, so brita nd i are going to la fayette and h and m. we got our laundry done today and it honestly felt ... read more

HEY YALL Brittany and i just got in to Switzerland yesterday night, and it was a bit of a gong show :s!!We had a hard time getting a hold of leah when we got of the train because the phone numbers are soo wierd and we didnt know how to make a local call. yeah, we kind of felt like dumb tourists!! Its sooo nice to see Leah again, shes still the exact same Leah!I missed her so much. Yesterday, during our day of travel, we stopped in pisa to see the leaning tower and it was sooo cool. we made all those stupid pictures of us trying to push it over, and holding it up. youuuu knowwwwww. hey!! we had such a great last day today!! we went to the spanish steps , and to this beauuuutiful park, where brittany and i rented tandum bikes, and then to this creepy creepy church. actually, im not sure if its a church or not, but its a crypt of old friars all made up of crazy amazing designs all made up of these old friar bones. yeah...bones!!! like im talking about pelivis bones, spinal cords for chandeliers, skulls all over the walls, it was sooo bizzare. i bought 2 postcards because you couldnt take pictures inside. i was too scared to sneak some pictures because i thought the friars would come haunt me or something. after that, we went back to our hostel and made amazing pasta and then we hung out with our english ... read more

HEY Brittany and i just got to rome yesterday night, and our hostel is soooo cool!! were in the middle of room changes right now, so that kind of sucks, but we get free internet at least. its storming out right now, which is too bad. well be touring the vatican and the colluseum in the rain. its so nice here so far, it kind of reminds me of milan a little bit!!! i better go, someone else wants to use the internet!!! take care everyone! love kat... read more

HEY ALL Today is our last day in greece, and it sucks to go. I would love to go see a few more places here, but theres not enough time to do it all!! Our bus picks us up at six tonight, then we catch a local ferry to the mainland, and then catch the long ferry ride back to ancona, where brit and i leave kaley and her cousins to catch a train to Rome. we're both sooo excited to go to Rome, we heard that there are 2 Saints dead bodies in the vatican city that miraculously never decomposed and they are both enclosed in glass coffins for people to see. crazy, hey?? Hey all! Im sorry i havnt been keeping up with the blog, its hard to find the time, and the internet at the last few places have sucked!! We were in athens for 2 nights, and it was looooads of fun. Hey everyoooooooneeeeeee!! Today brit and i went and walked around the area. The weather felt like edmonton but kind of muggy. Everything is really clean here. Almost everyone owns a bike!Theres no TV in the apartement we just realized, they dont own a clothes dryer and they have 3 separate garbages here. Also the fridge is in the cubboard!! And the milk smells wierd. the butter is amazing. Brit and i made our first box of kraft dinner today, it was great, im so glad we brought some! So during our walk today, we went into a lot of clothing stores and we were pretty much dying.
