Welcome to our little travel blog!

Hello and welcome to our travel blog. We hope you will enjoy our entries as much as we like creating them.
I've never been one to write journals and diaries but my wife is an expert. She's also the one who introduced me to the joys of photography and traveling...so here I am, writing the first entry of our blog.

A little history

We started traveling up the coast of California during a 3-day weekend and have been so impressed with what's outside the little bubble we call home (Orange County) that we made a commitment to see as much of the world as possible before we "settle down". Part of this pledge is the simple goal of making at least one trip outside the US and one inside the US per year.

Within the past six years, the above goal has allowed us to see enough of this beautiful world to convince us that we cannot and should not stop traveling for a long time. We can only hope our health and family will allow us to continue this great journey in the future.

In the next few weeks we will start adding pictures and entries from our past trips to our travel blog. We've been avid readers of travel blogs from travelblog.org, travelpod.com and others but haven't had the time to create our own. Now we have about 6 years of travel blogging to catch up :)
