camera lost
Very sorry to hear you lost the camera, but if you think that the camera was left in the taxi and you have the information of the taxi driver, please contact to policemen (who actually are quite helpful to the foreigners, but not to the locals). It is easier to ask your tour guides fro helps. In fact, from news I could see several cases tourists received their goods back from taxi drivers. Hope you can find your camera (more importantly the memory card full of photos, I think) and enjoy the time in Vietnam. Ah, I have twice visited Glasgow. It is a lovely city and people there are so kind and friendly. My Prof. from Glasgow also likes Halong bay very much.

Feedback
Thanks for all the comments. We really appreciate the feedback. It makes us feel like we are still connected to home. We are enjoying the trip and piling on the weight - but we have also just enrolled in a fitness program to (some hope ) combat the fantastic food we are eating. Miss you all . We are having a really great time. - the weather has been fabulous and the camera (although it is now no longer in production) is holding out well. Hope you arer all well. will put up the next blog episode when both internet and Travelblog allow. Travelblog has been down the last couple of days. and i need a fast connection to get the pics up. We are a bit away from the fires - we ae in west Australia, the fires are in the south east. We will be traveling towards the east in 3 days time, but the fires are still 500- 600 miles away - And we are going to the sea - plenty water. x
