Hello !!! Well we've just been out to Ha Long Bay which is in the running for being one of the 7 wonders of the world. We were on board a tradiotional Junk with wonderful wooden floors and marvelous sails. It was real luxury cruising around, going for a swim and generally eating. On the subject of eating we thought we'd be loosing weight, so far today we've had two meals already, our light lunch having seven courses ! Well we arrived safe and sound after what seems like endless flights from Cork to Hanoi. The city is great, if very manic with two wheeled vehicles. Someone at work gave me some advice about crossing the road which appears to be working so far, apparently you just walk out quite slow into the crazy traffic and people just work there way around you, it seems to work ! We have so far only bought beer and food which are both good. Being more adventurous tomorrow so hopefully there will be photos signing out for now [View Full Entry]
