I'm 45 and have only recently realised that I simply can not do the same thing week after week. So, I'm lucky enough to be able to do a variety of things. I'm a Psychologist, a mountain leader, a bushcraft instructor, and a canoe coach. I'm fascinated by human behaviour and I love to be outdoors and I love to try to inspire others to engage with wild places too. I already write a couple of blogs. One is aimed at practical skills (http://expeditionskills.blogspot.co.uk) whilst the other is more about promoting travel writing (http://adventure-venture.blogspot.co.uk). I have only just set these up so they haven't had many visitors yet. I really want to get involved in sharing ideas with other adventurous bloggers.




Preparing for The Arctic Circle Trail It is drawing closer to the time when I will need to pack my trusted rucksack for another adventure. The spare room is amass with equipment all to be packed in a bag I'll carry on my back for nearly three weeks.
