Trento I decided to go to Trento as a bit of a last minute decision. Justin and Barry were going to Florence for a few days but I had already been there 2 years ago so I wanted to do something different. I read through my Lonely Planet on the train to Locarno and when I read that there was good hiking in the Dolomites I thought that that would be a cool alternative. Nice We had a really relaxing 2 days in Nice checking out the town a bit but spending most of the time on the beach. The beach was great, however unlike Australian beaches, it was filled with quite large smooth rocks. They were ok to lie on if you had a towel but to run or even walk it was quite painfull so the normal beach activities like classic catches and football had to take a sideline. As the title suggests the main reason for this blog is to tell you about Pamplona and the running of the bulls but I'll start where our Spanish experience begun and that is in San Sebastian. San Sebastian Baz and I had 4 days in San Sebestian and the main thing on our agenda for those 4 days was relaxing at the beach and rewinding after our hectic France tour. I arrived in Paris about 5pm and went straight to the Hotel that Barry had booked for us. I had just walked in when Baz came down to check if I was there so a good deal of back slapping and manly hugs followed! Well I just finished up my first semester in Vienna! It was a really fun semester and I made a lot of really good friends who I was very sad to leave behind. However I plan on visiting many of them next semester so that made the farewells easier. The night before I left a group of my closest friends did a little farewell thing for me so that was really nice. Krakow was the last trip organised by the University this semester and proved to be so popular that about 20 people went independently because they couldn't fit on the bus with us. Well I finally found the opportunity to go back to the beautiful city of Budapest. Some students here were organising a trip over a long weekend and when I was offered free accommodation I couldn't say no! A group of us stayed with Kati, a Hungarian girl who is studying at the WU with me. She has a beautiful house in the Buda suburbs not too far from the city centre. The Adventures of Fatima and Ab-Joel I have wanted to go to Morocco for quite a while and in the last few weeks I spent a lot of time trying to find the cheapest way to get there. In the end the cheapest way I could find was to fly to the south of Spain and then catch a ferry across the Gibralta Strait. During the last four days I have had some of the best times of my life! Now I know that that is a pretty bold statement to make but I say it whole heartedly! It all started at 5am on Thursday morning when I tried to make sure I hadn't forgotten anything in a pretty dazed/disoriented state. Salzburg I had a free week before uni started so I thought I should try and go somewhere interesting for a few days. I ended up choosing Salzburg and don't regret it at all! I wanted to have as much time as I could in Salzburg, so I woke up at 5.30 and caught a train at 7. Arriving at about 10 I checked into the Youth Hostel and then headed out to explore.
