What a week this has been. Ok, first pictures are from June 11th... kayaking with Dave (first time you're meeting him... new friend!) on Red Creek behind my Mom's house. My camera was very irresponsible that day and forgot to bring herself along. So, thank goodness, Dave handled that. These are his shots :) There are a couple randoms from Jazz fest (one of my favorite events here that is always right before I leave) on Gibbs street. Well, this time it was for break and man what a time. Oddly enough, no travel debacles for stories this time! I arrived Saturday and spent the day tooling around in the city. I stayed the night in a perfect hostel (actually... yes... perfect!) near to times square. It was comfortable and the guy, Avi, that runs it was super super nice.
