Andrea and I left the farm to head to Longford for the Banjo festival. I've wanted to go to this for years but am always teaching I was so excited. We had an abosolute blast ... took the bus to Cavan and then hitched our way to longford from there. I returned back from the World Fleadh to Galway to rest. I was COMPLETELY exhausted in so many different ways. So it was good to do that for a day or two. Then Friday Grainne and I headed up to the edge of Connemara for a day of hiking. It was really great.
