Hello Everyone! We hope all is well at home! We are doing great here... trying to keep busy... We left for Scotland on June 8th and came home on June 11th... it was a wonderful long weekend! June 8 - Got to Edinburgh at around 8:30 at night and were captivated by the beauty of the city... the city is fricken old. We tried walking to our hostel and got lost in the streets of Edinburgh and had to flag down a taxi to get to our hostel. This hostel was just less then perfect actually no it was perfect. Clearly we are really good at updating this thing… But we now have internet at our house! So updating will be much easier! So a quick update of everything that’s happened: We moved to Leeds! - We are renting a room in a small house in Leeds near Chapel Allerton… it’s perfect! Our flatmate Pete is so nice! He always lets us know what’s going on around town so we keep busy! After our long 7 hour flight... very uncomfortable 2 hours of sleep... lugging our heaping loads of luggage... finally figuring out the train... a scary, sweaty taxi drive... in a very unorganised city... we finally made it to hostel. which is where we should have stayed... we decided to go for a walk to find our hosting cetre, but got lost, wondering the busy streets of London... absolutely exhausted... for 3 and a half hours! after wandering into and leaving (without getting on!!) 4 tube stations... many, many streets... a very Americanised restaurant... we slipped into our beds where we [View Full Entry]

In 2 weeks... at this exact moment... we will be on a plane to England where we will start our 4 month adventure! We are leaving May 1, 2007 at 9:10pm... arriving in London at the Gatwick Airport at 9:00 the next morning. We are very excited and nervous... but can't wait to get started on our journey!
