Wow! That is the most amazing hotel ever, I am well impressed with your hotel finding skills! I thought it looked special from the first photograph, and even more exceptional when your second photograph shows the true size of the place! Free chocolate sounds good :D

Blaaarg! World's germiest tourist attractions?!? Why would wanyone make a list like that? Imagine getting cooties from a rock. I'm glad you survived driving in Ireland, that roundabout does sound a nightmare to experience when you're just getting used to them. What was the near death experience though? Gorgeous pictures of the Rock of Cashel!

you had a very long day but it is one- of- a- kind. even though the day's crazy, atleast, you're able to learn some travel tips such as carrying coins and stuff. goodluck on to your next travels and i will be looking forward on to your next blogs.

Wow! Denmore caves look astounding! You've taken some grand photos there. And it looks like you're going to have fish and chip withdrawals when you get home. Don't think I'll be able topost them.

Awww, sorry to hear you had such troubles with the buses. Doesn't sound like they have it with newcomers in mind. Odd considering it's a touristy thing. The teeny tiny house puts me in mind of 'batteries not included'.

Awwww, bless! The duck on the stone wall looks so sad :( Did you feel like falling asleep after managing an English Breakfast? I don't know how people manage to eat them first thing in the morning regularly. Must have given you plenty energy for a days exploring. Wray castle looks amazing!

Driving in Ireland - From: Dublin, Ireland
The roads to Kilkenny are very good once you get to the M50, so it should be ok. Enjoy the trip, Kilkenny is a great city.

Hahahahaha. You are going to be so tired of fish and chips by the end of the trip! The sheep are watching you, beware! Love the shot of your feet in Windermere :D

- From: Loch Ness, Highlands (and the Higland Coo), Scotland
That's a long day of adventuring! And that is a very impressive coo. Irn Bru is made in Scotland from girders. What did you think to it? Very unusual taste I think.

You should hire locals to carry your luggage, it's what the English used to do when travelling abroad :) The Jekyll and Hyde pub looks cool! I think all the ones in England that were similar are slowly vanishing :( Did the toilets scream when you opened the door? I see your toilet obsession is in full swing again :D

"can't even spell the pizza I had" Hahahahahahaha. Genius! I wouldn't dare go in the Primark there, especially not on a Saturday. You're a braver person than I. Must be the most fussed over cat in London if it's the only one there! Must be a happy cat! London's full of random nice architecture around most corners :)

Michael
- From: Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Warwick Castle
Yay for Yorkshire Puddings! I'm sad to hear that much of the displays in Shakespeare's Birthplace were replicas. Warwick does look amazing though, love your photo of the stone arch in the river.

That was a lot to get explored in one day! Gazillions sounds right, they're like a zombie horde gathering outside the palace. Hurrah for Fish and Chips. Loved the historical grafitti photos :)

WOW! The view from your hotel does look high up! That must have been a nightmare with the luggage! Love the Regent's Park photos, and your food photos make me hungry again! I've been to the Sherlock Holmes museum, it was pretty cool. I didn't notice those tiles on the underground station though.

YAY! You look so happy to be there! That's a great shot of you by the edge, were you not nervous? I really like the photo of the little red flowers amidst the stones, that must have stood out. The alpacas look strangely at home at such a height. And so lucky to live in such a place! And the veggie enchiladas are making me hungry. Mmmm.

Ooooh, the hummingbirds are so pretty. How close did you manage to get to them? The butterflies are very colourful too. And such beautiful photos of waterfalls. I love waterfalls, I have never seen any as spectacular as them though. They must have roared.

- From: Machu Picchu- we have arrived!!!
Wow. Macchu Picchu looks incredible with the clouds/mists all around. They are such fantastic photos of such incredible views, I am so jealous! It looks kinda weird with all the grass topped stone steps. I love the shot framed through the doorway, and all the nooks and crannies you managed to photograph. Am very impressed by the butterfly photo, you must have been very careful not to spook it. The inca Kola looks an unappetising colour, but the pasta does look good.

Awwww, the baby alpaca is so cute and fluffy! You so should have stolen it! The sweet potato quiche looks tasty and the views of the sacred valley are awesome!

Love the pictures of the cool doors, did you try knocking on any of them to see what would happen? How odd it seems to see people wandering the streets with Alpaca like people would here with dogs! That's a very comfortable looking kitty :D

Jennifer, your Mom gave me the address to read about your latest adventure. I do so enjoy reading and seeing the experience through your eyes. Heard your Dad isn't feeling very well. I hope you all had a great vacation and will continue to be my tour guide via the net.

Wow. Cusco Cathedral looks amazing, your night-shots of it are beautiful. Such a shame you couldn't take photos inside. You're so lucky getting to tour all those exciting sites! The dinner looks exceedingly yellow, I'm glad to hear it tasted better than it looks :D

Yay! Photographs! That's so weird showing the pyramid in the centre of Lima and in the background right next to it is all the skyscrapers. And once again you've taken such beautiful photos of all the architecture :D I like the bull sculptures, they remind me of pinata.

Hurrah for your timing, that was lucky with the rain! And such alot of steps to go up! *phew* Glad you survived that! Hurray for Mexican food :D Hope you had a safe flight to Puerto Maldonado!

Oooh. It'll be fascinating to see your hummingbird photos, only ever seen them in nature documentaries. Were they noisy to be near? Hope you managed to get some rainy day specials.

- From: Machu Picchu- we have arrived!!!
Oooh, really can't wait to see your photos of Machu Picchu, the places you visited sound fascinating. Photos from pisco hour sound like they may be good too! Hope the buses are running so you get to explore more of Machu Picchu and take more of your fantastic photos!

Awwww, I wonder how Calvin would have responded to having an Alpaca as a brother? Hurrah for going up lots of steps! You must have got some fantastic views from up there. Bizarre to think that once the villages surrounded holy places and now surround football pitches.

Hahaha. Wondered how long it would be before your toilet obsession resurfaced :D Sounds very tiring having to deal with all the sellers, maybe if you walked away for long enough saying no you'd eventually be offered the entirety of Peru for free? Having vegetarian food does sound like the sensible choice. :D Doesn't sound like the best hotel ever for getting a night's sleep.

Hi! Iīm just with two other people, but all of our tours have been through Condor Travel, who seem to be leading most of the tour groups in Peru. You might want to check with them and maybe they can look up his name and see where he is? They have a website (www.condortravel.com). Hope you find him!

Were the guinea-pigs being eaten in fancy dress? You have to try it now! I mean, if it's good enough for Christ. . . Sounds like you're getting to see some right sights, cannot wait to see your photos. Like the description of Puco Pucaro, everywhere I go invariably ends up mainly being stairs.

That's funny you were thinking about how much like Atlantic City it was and then the 'Atlantic City' casino pops up :D Sounds like a bargain place for eating! Possibly because you're unlikely to keep it zooming around in the traffic! I'd definitely stick to buses, they're sturdier.

Hahaha, could have been exciting ending up on someone else's holiday at random if you chose the wrong tour company! Thank goodness he did recognise you. Certainly an exciting start to the holiday having a daredevil taxi ride!

Just Wondering... - From: Pre-Inca archaeology and more of Cusco
One of my friends just left for a Peru trip a few days ago. And i'm unsure of how to get in contact with him. He doesn't even have a blog or anything letting people know what he does all day. And I don't even think he's touched a computer. So I was wondering how many people are with you in the group you're in, and what they're names are? (In hopes that atleast reading what you do all day will give me a vibe of what he's doing...) He's traveling by himself though, if that narrows it down for you.

Wow! For once your food didn't make me hungry! You're a braver person than me for trying the jambalaya. St Louis cathedral looks gorgeous and the tombs in Cemtery #1 look curiously lived in. So sad your adventures and the blog had to come to an end!

Is that powdered sugar on the beignets? That must certainly have got you awake and full of energy for the day! Is is just me, or did you think the French Quarter looked less French than the Spanish areas you've visited looked Spanish (Does that make sense?) The Quesadilla looked tasty and I liked the brick fireplace in Laffite's Blacksmith Shop.

ohhh, those photos of Lafayette #1 are beautiful, that's one of the places on my list. Hahahaha, like the reasoning on losing the money gambling :D The hotel room looks cool with the brick wall, and more tasty food. mmm. And I love that picture of the church with the shadow cast upon it, that's amazing. Oooh, did you go in Marie Laveau's, that looks an exceedingly exciting store.

I love the pictures of Bourbon Street all lit up by the neon signs, they're great. And well done for managing to leave the casino while ahead, I'm glad you went back though, it'd have been far too grown up to leave with a complete profit :D

We've enjoyed following along with your journey. You never got your alligator. Actually, it probably tastes a lot like crocodile, which isn't too bad. Perhaps your next visit... call us when you land.

New Comment - From: Enjoying the scenery, music, and food of the French Quarter
Just as we finished our comment of your 5/10 blog, up popped your entry for today. Sounds like they are trying to gouge the tourists with all the extra fees. Were there many people there? It was hot & humid when we were there. I wonder if they ever have good weather? There are storms in Atlanta, Oklahoma areas. Hopefully there aren't any headed your way....

Impressive - From: New Orleans: Drunks, Pirates, and Brad and Angelina
The cemetary was quite impressive, more so than Brad & Angelina's house. The two on the escalator looked familiar. Apparently there was a mirrored ceiling? The room also looks nice, probably quiet with the brick wall. It is good that you are close to the action.

Wow! That's a massive McDonalds, and a massive looking tasty waffle. You're certainly getting to see some glorious buildings on your travels. Is it the Liberty Bell that has a massive crack in it? Or am I getting my famous bells confused. The children's statues look the kind that would dance on an evening when no-one was watching before returning to their place.

The original courthouse certainly does look the more impressive a building, why would they ever choose to move to a different building? Hurrah for pictures of squirrels, I love squirrels. And hurrah for desserts, it looks scrummy. Yumyumyum.
