Mountains:-D - From: Now this is what we're talking about...
I think you will have to drag me there to see the mountain ranges you talk of Elliott, they sound fantastic! Shame about the photo's not loading, but your blog gives us a taster of what's in store when you do load the pics:-) Don't know why you had to go all the way to NZ to see whales, we've had a whale beach itself off of hayling Island yesterday. Sadly, our one didn't survive. Very sad. I'm glad Kaikoura lifted your spirits - home sickness can be a terrible burden to bear. Think positively, you two are making the most of, and experiencing, something brilliant which will be with you always. Happy travels is what you will remember.

Kaikoura Crackers - From: Here there be Dragons...I mean Whales
Hi folks, still keeping up with your travels and after this particular blog couldn't help myself from sticking "Kaikoura Crackers" into Google to see what sprang up!! Strangely enough, no fancy website from the manufacturers of said pills pops up, but links to several other travel blogs, including a few in German, from other fellow travellers who have purchased said medicine!! You will be pleased to know that your blog also now appears in said search list!! Cheers for now. Chris.

Hanging around :-( - From: Due South...
This blog entry describes exactly what bugs me about travelling; you have to leave the park by 10, you can't board the boat for two more hours - what can you do? Too little time to do any sight seeing, too much time to just sit and do nothing! Go and do anything and you run the risk of missing the boat - literally! And then the waiting, and the waiting, and more waiting to board GGGRRRRR!! Are these places really geared up for the tourist / traveller who provide them with much needed trade and income? I think not. Anyway, that's my rant over and done with. Jason - ref the previous blog entry, did you get the vital photographic / video evidence of Elliott falling up the stairs of the bus stop that you could share with us? (haha!). Thankyou Elliott for the txt's. Silly, I know, but to think that the txt's come to me from the other side of the world still amazes me. It's good to hear from you. Both of you have a fantastic time on the South Island. I hope the weather gets a little better for you. Enjoy!

Sounds like you both went thro the wringer with that drive south, and you should be proud of yourselves for getting through the storm, it's no mean feat. The white water rafting and Thermal village blogs were excellent. I was at work (lunchtime) when I read the white water rafting blog, and switched to slide show mode to view the pictures. Within the minute I had an audience of five asking about what you were doing. Then I showed them the blog which they thought was brilliant. Enjoy the museums and the trip to the South Island, which on my map looks bigger than the island you're leaving.

I bet your reading this and hanging your head in shame that this is all i can talk about on here and not the amazing scenery lmao i'll never change! also dunno if its too technical for what you you guys can get your hands on over there but if you can find a pc with skype and a cam us girlies were thinking meeting for a webcam chat might be a bit funky! might cure a bit of the old home sickness, although once jason and deena get on there i cant guarantee we wont all be puking anyway lol (joking! :p) best leave it at that as my comment is prob longer than your blog now haha. love you both, miss you both, jason if i walk past game one more time looking for you i swear im gonna kill myself, you'd think it would have sunk in by now but no! lol byyyyeeeeeeeeeeeeee
