Leaving Spain - I had a few sad days before all of my friends in Spain left each other, but my mood improved while traveling Europe. I came back to Santiago and felt all lousy again about leaving. I would have liked more time in Spain but it is also nice to be in the US again. Traveling - Justin, Sarah and I traveled Europe for three incredible weeks. We were able to visit Europe’s finest cities and do so many things that aren't available in Spain or at home. To describe my "crash course European tour" in words is impossible, [View Full Entry]

In my time here I hope to study, travel, and improve my Spanish considerably. MY HOME - I live in apartment in city center of Santiago de Compostela with a host family. I have my own room here with leather furniture and a television. It’s a small and comfortable apartment and suits me well. MY TEMPORARY FAMILY - I live with [View Full Entry]

Most of you guys I'm in South Africa for 6 months. After flying 18 hours on Swiss Air I was ready for something better. It got much better! I love the weather here! It's 34 Celsius here in a beautiful African summer. I don't know what that is in Fahrenheit but it's perfect for me, and I'm no longer pale anymore. It cools down at night and it is perfect for sleeping. After a couple days to settle in I spent the weekend near the Hartebeespoort Dam. My pictures will be awesome once I print them. There were people there from [View Full Entry]
