Produce your own book on The Silk Road Thank you so much for sharing these photos. They were stunning and I loved the Faces of China at the end. Wonderful photography and camera.
Famous Guests at E & O Hey dont forget Margie and I lived there too, never did meet WSM there but read him!
Sounds fabulous, great to see Georgetown being restored, thought at one stage when the Komplex Tunku Abdul Razak was built it was doomed!
Bon voyage(s)
ETR & JCR MTB Lovely to read about your Penang and to see that photo of you both! We are still bright and shiny..............
Love to you both as always x x
Travels Anlother wonderful trip drawing to a close. We have vicariously enjoyed your travels, en route, and hopefully will have a chance to sit down & hear of your experiences & impressions in much more detail, down the track. Enjoy your remaining time in Penang, which no doubt is very sentimental, despite all the modernisation & changes x Sue & Angus
We love your photos Hi,
We have enjoyed reading about your travels, but we love the photos best. You are becoming very proffessional. Keep enjoying yourselves.
Thanks for the view of the trip Rick & Jan,
Thank you for the link, pictures, and commentary. It looks as if you had a good time on your trip. Now, I want to return to Asia. It usually takes about 6 months after I return that I start planning a trip. This just speeded me up. I've read some interesting news reports that Myanmar (Burma) may finally be opening up in a positive way. I know that Adventure Travels (probably through Gecko) has some tours to Myanmar. I'll be looking at them, Again, thank you for sharing with me.

ETR & JCR MTB Lovely to read of your experiences and as always the photos are so good to see. Have been back hospital twice this past week to find why there was some internal bleeding caused by a new drug (the new warfarin which keeps the blood thin and prevents blood clots forming which can cause a stroke) -there was a large polyp in my lower bowel which has been removed. Still have the heart issue to sort out which will be next week with the appointment with an electrophysiologist. How one thing can lead to another!! Am still smiling and send my love to both as always. Pete x x
Photos Great photos Jan - very colourful. Pete still waiting to see her next specialist to sort out her heart rhythm. Gets tired so must rest - something new for her to experience! I am back at work for a couple of days each week - a bit of fun.

Woodies Hi Rick and Jan,
Fabulous photos and I can taste the curry. Woodies v Uni Woodies led 13-9 then down 16-13 and 16 all at fulltime. In 10 min e/w extra time Woodies won 19-16 a great game with an even better result. Rianing in Sydney so your garden(!) will get a good drink. Enjoy. Tim & Gill
Very pleased to be home after Pete\'s little adventure in Auckland! Upshot was she did not suffer a heart attack or stroke but doctors dont know what caused the episode at the airport. She is scheduled to see her cardiologist for a checkup next week so doubtless she will undergo further scrutiny. Meanwhile must rest (huh!). Washing is all done of course. The place you are staying looks relaxed - our kind of place. KDM not happy about RWC also - he never though the team looked right - Mortlock and Sharp should have been there from the beginning to add experience and strength.
Cheers P & K
Tour Tragics Hi there Jan and Rick, great going on the commentary and the photos please keep them going. All's well here - just one more day before baby Number 2 arrives or as Shell says one more sleep as she is being induced so as maybe not to produce a 10lb2oz again.
Talk to you again soon
Loads of love
