Year long travel

I am starting off by a pilgrimage on the Camino Northern route. Then thinking of going down the coast of Portugal, then around the bottom of Portugal back into Spain. Along the Mediteranean, into France then Italy and over to Greece. Hopefully, I will have the time and resources to go to New Zealand.
