Trilobite fossil Hi guys!
You'll be interested to know that the trilobite fossil is abtially a chiton, and it's alive (believe it or not!)
Have a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyplacophora
Pretty odd looking things, kinda interesting. Try as I may when I was a kid I just couldn't get them off the rocks, they're stuck on pretty hard!
great pictures Hi both great to see you are enjoying life in NZ. Saw you mum and Ed yesterday at Grandmas. They have been sorting out the damp in her house and now they are going back we are taking over. They both were in good spirits. Any luck yet with the job hunt?
My friend was in NZ last week and unbeknown to me in Auckland too. She had a meal in the revolving resturant at the top of a tower and lost her handbag as it rotated. She had to follow it around the floor!
Hooray! and Boo! Congratulations to Glynn and hurrah generally for things working out. Sad to hear of the loss of Tom just as he was about to enter a new phase of life.

Love your stories Hi to you both we are enjoyingyour blogs it seems you are loving the life out there. We would love to do what you are doing but it is hard when you have so many commitments, especially eldery relly's. It is particularly hard when you are the only one like me.
Hope you get fixed up with a job soon.
Today the sun is shining really bright but it is cold and frosty. UK does not seem too bad on days like this. Dom is off to karate soon he has the English championships coming up in April and he needs to sharpen up his fighting. Alex is off to the Adephi club tonite to see a band and we are off to visit his top three uni choices in the next month.
Keep talkin!
Love us all
That trilobite looking thing I saw the same thing while I was in Cozumel about 5 years ago. Did you ever find out what it was? When ever I asked and mentioned that it look like a trilobite people would often laugh me off saying their extinct!
