My wife and I have been married twenty-two years. She is the tech in the family so forgive me as this is my first foray into blogging.

I am a plantsman (horticulturist) and my wife is an accountant.

We have two grown daughters and six grandchildren. In many of the countries that we have visited, we have left things unvisited and undone so that we may return with our grandchildren and open up the wonders of the world for them. Right now we enjoy opening the wonders of our own country, the U.S., for them.

We love to travel close to the people of the places that we visit. We make a stronger connection with the people and it provides greater appreciation for their culture.

Pura Vida.
