I had my induction at the school about a week and a half agohellip there were 5 other teachers starting at the same time as me and therersquos about 25 teachers altogether at the school. really looking forward to heading back home for a while so i can see all my family and friends i am going to make a list of all the food i want to scoff while im back as camp food hasnt exactly been a other teachers jumped on a bus to san sebastian a 3 hour trip away to chill out by the beach.we stayed in a hostel called ocean view and it certainly had the most stunning view of the water after we youre having fun ... and i must be having fun because i havent written on my blog for a fortnightso the last group of kids came and went in a flash... one girl got thrown out for smoking weed and some others got cautioned for having a party in the boys bedroom half of the guests being girls other than that we enjoyed the usual fun and activities of camp life and i particularly enjoyed a day trip as the cook had left so it was our first time to have a good ol nose around and then michelle orla and i got ready to hit the town... it would have been quite scary to stick around in the education possible... but this job IS actually easier than my job in japan when im actually with the kids its hard work and exhausting but just sooooo much fun.i love having the mornings and early afternoons off... the other day i walked to the nearby park to have an ice cream and then carried on walking for another 20 minutes and hit a small little beach... so peaceful and very relaxing indeed we the kids... we took them to the park one day and all enjoyed an ice cream and some chilling out time which is a perfect way to spend the summer in my opinionwe took them for a walk one evening so that like i said before... i wanted to chill out in madrid and therefore not do too much sightseeing before my 2 month long headache that is summer camp begun but... no trip of mine would be complete faaaaaabulous on sunday i met up with the other teachers and monitors in madrid and we travelled to burgos... a beautiful 3 hour drive through the spanish countryside. the camp director laura told us horror stories about previous camps she has worked at and how bad the kids have been... and how the teachers had been even worse and had to be sent home due to their very uncamp like
