Starting over. We started the blog and never used it...sad! We are currently living on what we are hoping to be just an extended trip away from home for work. We moved to Dallas from Chicago for work, and traveling more than ever. We are excited to share our experiences along the way!

And so the drama continues. I have been working and traveling so much for work that I don't know what is up from down. My most recent trip that compelled me to blog was a trip to St. Louis. One week prior to a conference being held there I found out I was to attend. The ASAE conference is for Association Executives. These are big wigs for associations who also happen to be deicsion makers for association confrerences, ie a time to shine for St. Louis. Upon arrival, there were multiple volunteers welcoming us to the city. From the tie I stepped off the plane until the time I stepped back on it I could not have felt more welcome. It's been just over 5 months of living in Dallas. Moving here from Chicago was eye opening to say the least. That is a story for another time or you would be reading for hours. The past few months have been transitional. Moving, finding a place to live, starting a new job, and traveling all over the east coast for work, have kept me very busy. I traveled to Philly one too many times in the past couple of months. I also ate one too many cheesesteaks sandwhiches. We are now in a nice lull and catching up with each other. The good thing about the lull, time to start planning our next travel excursions. We have two weeks before we start 3 months of excursions. Well here I am blogging again. For someone from a generation that is on the cusp of the technology era I am just slow to say the least. I have challenged myself to be more open to technology and how it can enhance my life, thus the new blog. I am getting married this year in October and I started a wedding blog a few months back. It has given me a decent start to the world of blogging, but I feel it is time to branch out. I have always loved to travel, but found a much deeper passion for it since meeting my future husband.
