I was having a spasm because I couldn't find any Schneider blog emails in my mailbox and couldn't find the link. I finally had to ask Sandra if you had posted anything recently and for the link. I miss you Schneider. I started taking German up again and every time I walked into the class I thought about your class and how great it was. I hope everything is well and that you did have a very Happy Thanksgiving.

Wow,that's amazing!Although I'm a chinese,I know less about Ming Tomb than you.In fact,it's a pity that many young Chinese people don't care about the history,We(besides me ) always head for something fashionable such as hot clothes, pop music, and even handsome boys or pretty girls... What the most important thing is that we forgot our responsibilities. When I saw what you have written in your blog,i was embarrassed ,for many foreigners tend to know our history, however, we chinese(some of us)abandoned our historical knowledge...B...U...T,those pictures you've displayed upside were really very nice,it must be a wonderful journey, right?

Wow that looks like a very spirited debate. I wish i knew what they were saying; it must be simply fascinating. I wonder why some of the monks sit and others stand? It seems to be like that with every pair...one sitting one standing (and clapping). This was a very interesting entry...made even more interesting by the video. :)

Hi Hans, How timely you should release this blog just the day after I visited the reserve myself! I had a wonderful visit and these fabulous creatures are just soooo cute. I especially enjoyed the playfulness of the "toddlers" They must have been real babies when you were last here. Also was lucky enough to be at the reserve early un the morning and our small group had the park to ourselves for about an hour before the noisy hordes arrived. Very special. Off to Leshan to see the Big Buddha today then climbing Emei Shan. Hope our break in the States is going well. See you next term. Regards Sue
