Renee Harvey from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. I'm getting super excited and prepared for this years travel, there's lots to research and I don't want to miss a thing while I'm there!

In June 09 I'm traveling around Nth America for 1 month: LA, San Fran, Seattle, Victoria/Vancouver, NYC, Buffalo/Toronto, Vegas, LA, Home.

In November 09 (after I graduate from University) I will traveling for 4.5 months through Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and India. This will be my first solo overseas adventure and I am very excited!

I can't wait to kick things off!!!

Travel plans have changed Europe

A lot has happened over the last couple of weeks and all of a sudden my travel plans have been chopped and changed around! Now my life looks a little something like this... June/Jule 09 USA Nov/Dec/Jan 09/10 SE Asia June/July/Aug/Sept 10 OR 11 Europe. I decided the other morning that I'd be totally miserable traveling through Europe in Winter. Small problem, well it might not really be a problem - maybe you guys could help me?!?! When I travel in November next year it will be winter throughout Europe and the UK, however in Thailand it will be summer and I'm not actually sure what the weather will be like in Hong Kong. Step 1 I have plenty of time to plan my travel and in doing so I hope to get the most out of my time overseas. I think I should write a list of things I need to organise or buy before I go... I'm using my trip to the States as kind of a trial run in regards to packing and carrying a pack.
