whoever said Iowa....
my father use to say that life is meant to be looked at backwards, unfortunately you must live it foward. And so you are this week a small microcosm of that qoute. do you think the memory of this week will be more amazing than the doing of it...And as a friend who asked herself, do you think these people are even cooler (that is just a figure of speech here and not a temperature) than before. Those anwers are easy..."you betcha"...thanks for keeping in touch and enjoying the ride..

You guys are great!! Keep going. What an adventure! I feel like y'all are my kids... All the fabulous things they've gotten to do that we never had the opportunity to do. You guys are living right. Take it easy'!!!!!!
Love hearing from y'all! Take it easy. The heat and crazy hours of riding could be bad. So glad the toilet is fixed. Sounds like you will gain weight on this trip. Lauren was at her heaviest when she hike 240 miles across northern Spain in about 15 days!!! Locals bring out the good food!! And wine in her case. I think the RV is stocked well. Right?????

Jennifer Slingluff would love this trip
Wow, your first blog entry certainly painted a colorful picture. I am sure weatherman Willis is keeping up to date on the ever changing weather conditions. Tell Willis that South Charlotte had 6 to 8 inches of rain in 2 hours yesterday, with 3 1/2 inches falling in 45 minutes. The roof at Southpark Mall collapsed in 2 places and flooded the mall. Mall closed indefinitely. Ben knows that Ann normally thinks 6 - 8 inches for 2 hours is a good thing but in this instance, it wasn't. Good luck & drive carefully!!
