But it's cheap So we suck it up. It only cost us like 25 to get all our bus rides from the North to the South of Vietnam. However they were long rides where you are shoved to the back and packed in with the foreigners so the locals can have their own double seats at half price. The drivers are insane And the roads no http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Vietnam/South-Central-Coast/Nha-Trang/blog-305798.html Shoe Heaven Vietnam So we arrived in Hanoi 2 weeks ago. We were told that the local people in Northern Vietnam especially were not very nice but so far everything has been really good with a couple of exceptions. In Hanoi we took a taxi to the waterpark instead of using his meter which he could take us on a more scenic route to up the charge we agreed on a set price of 60000 dong approx 3.70 CND. http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Vietnam/Red-River-Delta/Hanoi/blog-295954.html Laos land of bumpy winding roads I left off last time in Chaing Mai we only got to spend a few days there but I loved it While we were there we went looking for a three day trekking trip however the one night ones seemed more popular so we went with that. Thank God we did because we almost didn't make it through two days of hiking through the jungle It was quite the adventure we packed 15 adults into a small toyota picku http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Laos/blog-290832.html Wrapping up Thailand Wow Sorry I have not been keeping up with my blogging very well That just means that there is lots and lots to tell....So I finished off the last one in Ko PhaNgan.
