Christina & Ken Hockin My wife and I live in New York City. I am from Canada and my wife is from Singapore. We travel to Singapore every year and include other Asian destinations on each trip. We also travel somewhere each year for our anniversary. Traveling and experiencing other peoples, cultures and cuisines is one of the greatest enjoyments in our lives.

We were both full of anticipated excitement when we boarded the plane at JFK and I personally had been to Rome very briefly in the early 1980s so was also pleased that I could have the privilege of returning to Europe and to this great city of Rome. I have wanted to visit Budapest for decades as I have always heard such positive things about this city. We found a good flight and hotel package so chose to finally visit here for our 2008 wedding anniversary trip. We stayed at The InterContinental Hotel which is situated on The Danube and our room was a wall of windows overlooking the river and Buda Castle.
