Now you can all catch up on what we are up to on our travels!!
We are leaving on 12th September for Shanghai! Im sure you are all aware of how worried I am about the toilet facilities! Don't worry will fill you in on how I get on!! We will be uploading most of our pics on here for you to see of Matt carrying me up the great wall etc hehe!

So far... Cairns - Port Douglas - Townsville and Magnetic Island - Airley Beach - Whitsunday Islands I have decided that there will be no more running commentry im afraid.... Its taking far too long to even upload the photos let alone waffling on about what we have been doing. Anyway you can see from the pics that we are both having a great time. Our first stop Shanghai - Arrived with a thud was the co pilots first landing so glad the air hostess told us that after landing! Taxi to our hotel was weird there are hardly any rules on the road. Cars just constantly beep and crossing the road is like dicing with death even when on a zebra crossing with a green man! Cars have right of way ALL THE TIME. Plucked up the courage to venture out onto Nanjing Road which is HUGE. Full of shops and people trying to get you to buy knock off goods - everyone running around with unbrellas. Matt got offerd sex haha!! Went to The Bund for food and a few drinks. Breakfast on our first morning was not great. The Chinese eat strange food first thing in the morning ... read more
