We are so glad you guys could have a nice family day together. We all need that as often as we can get it. Glad to know you enjoyed such a wonderful day in God's creation. Much love from all of us! p.s.Dustin wants you to know that we rescued an abandoned albino ferret. He was left all (very chilly) day long in a cage in front of the vets in the same parking lot as the church building. The people who left him said they were moving and couldn't take him. Actually her. Snowball is what we named her. She stinks, but she is cute. Love you all. Debbie

I often think how blessed the work of TZ 2000 is because of all the wonderful people who support the work both financially and, as you and your family do, up close and personal living and working in Tanzania. God has done a good thing putting you there. Be careful on those roads. Take care of your good selves. as always, just ken

Glad you to hear you took a day off for fun. I like your picrures especially the ones of the huge fig tree. That reminds me of the big ones in Calif. that can be driven thru. The name of that "hotdog" bush/tree was very apt I wouldn't mind seeing it myself. I sure like reading of your adventures over there. Love, Ferrell

I have seen the Geico commercials, and they are funny, but I must admit that I wasn't thinking of insurance at the time. Maybe I do need gecko insurance around here, though, because it seems like we keep having these "incidents" with geckos. :)

When the gecko landed on you I don't suppose you had any of his (Geico) insurance and he was just trying to get you to get some. If you haven't seen any of the American Ads about Geico insurance this will go over you head, but it hasn't been that long that you've been out of the states so I'm sure you have probably seen them and will relate to this.
