So we finally made our way to the border between Thailand & Laos. We arrrived from Chaing Rai on a 3 hour journey on a local bus to the border town of Chiang Khong (was strange being the only white people on the bus, but we managed to blend in just fine.) The day after our 3 day trek through the jungle we decided to do a Batic Art class. This is an old Thai art form of drawing with very hot wax on a fabric (Hot wax burns off hairs on your arms very very quickly. Trust me). Well we finally arrive in Bangkok after a good 11/12 hour flight from London. First second we are off the plane........ n fcuk me, hit with the heat and humidity!!!
