dear julia carl and fam.we whish you all the very best for the new year.its just amszing to hear about your experiences.you seens to have e\\a specially heavenly protections.It is frustrating to knov that all the demages on peoples souls and bodies are coused by by war acts.you will never be jobless.I was working at GULU HOSPITAL 46 jears ago.I wisited soroti hospital 6 years ago and they still had the same beds in the hospital. The fam here are vell .Grandchildren are soon grovn up, and we are getting older.passed 70in des.we think of you .Love from sol.and edv.

Carl, it is always so good to hear from you. I can only imagine how lonely you are for family. Also yes you are blessed to have part of your family with you, and sounds like they love and need you all so much. Thanks for all the details about Carl's trip to So. Sudan. Have been anxious to hear all about it. Praise God for taking care of Carl and Pastor Charlie on those terrible roads. Our God is so faithful! Loved all the pictures. We can't wait to see you in 2-1/2 weeks!!!!! YEAH!!!!

LOVE YOUR HEART
Hey Dear Lady! I'm soooo happy for you all, so "proud" (as we Christians can be in the best sense of the word) of you! I love your heart so much! It's real, so much like mine, makes ya kinda regular, which you are so far from! We've been praying about this and for you since Todd and Haley came home, but so neat to hear it from you! GRANDMA! I know that word, I relate to that word! I'm praying for your dear young Judith and the calling on her life and her raising this little one that God will be bringing into your lives. Judith is lucky to have such a wonderful loving new Mom, Dad and sisters! I don't even know what to say, I'm so teary happy for you all! It's funny how we think our lives are suppose to go and then everything changes, and we see more cleary the bigger picture! I love His plan, I love when we get glimpes of what we are doing here! Wow, you guys--congratulations! What's the birth-attendant situation there? You know me, I'm wondering how you can best help her have a safe and healthy birth experience! Really, can I help you somehow with that? If only I could come and be with you for the big event! I'll be praying for all y'all (as they say here.) Volunteering
Hi Carl, Julie and family, I was recently in Uganda doing Watoto 360 for 5 months and I got to experience empower and hear a lot about the way God is using it to change lives in Northern Uganda especially. I would love to know about opportunities to volunteer with empower!! Please let me know and God bless you so much for what you are doing, Ruth

Carl, the wonderful gifts that God has provided in you will always completely "awe" me. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. It's amazing to hear about other parts of the world which we really have no idea and how God has provided His workers throughout to help those in need. It's just WONDERFUL.
