What a Beautiful Experience! Congratulations to the entire Team for being so adventurous, but most all, for being so willing to share your lives with others.
What a wonderous Trip I throughly enjoyed following your travels across the islands. Will miss not checking daily to see what is happening today. What a truly amazing opportunity for all of you and for those of us who followed via email.
Life Changing Experience HI Mishay;
I am so pleased to read that you went in the water - and what better place than in our clear waters. I was hoping that this trip would help you and am only sorry that I could not have been there to witness it.

Safe & Sound - Home Sweet Home I just want to say that I am happy to hear of your safe return to your families and homes. One month away can seem like a life time,however in your case, you all have filled the time with lifetime memories and we in the Bahamas are very proud to have been a part of that. One cannot mention that as big as the world may seem sitting in Arizona or in the Bahamas, once you start to travel, you realize how small it can be especially when you are part of a great group of personalities as you the GSE team were. The beauty about it is that we can appreciate how we all contribute in one way or another to making a difference in the world. Thank you all for making a difference in my world and actually helping me to appreciate even more the wonder of the ROTARY WORLD. We can MAKE DREAMS REAL. All the best.
Back Home Hi Katie and all;
I am happy to see that you all arrived home safe and sound and, I trust, in good health as well. Not that we were happy to see you leave. It truly was a pleasure having you visit our little part of our District (about 1/3 of it). It makes it all worthwhile when we can see and hear that you were truly appreciative of our efforts. I hope that we can keep in touch.
Now I look forward to seeing the other "last postings" on this wonderful blog that you set up.

What a truly amazing trip you are having. I'm thrilled that all the team has had this experience. It something you can talk about for eons. Can't wait to hear all the details. See you soon Mom
I'm so jealous of the beauty you all are enjoying Mishay, I am so proud of you for overcoming your challenge (you know what I mean).
Are you sure it isn't Mark who packed everything but the kitchen sink? That is so typical of him whenever we go anywhere!!!!!!!!
Next week at this time you will all be back home, see you soon.
Hi Cuz!! Hi Kate - it looks like you are having an amazing trip. I have been reading along while I recoop from surgery. Thanks to everyone for sharing your travels online -- this is great!! Thanks - Amy Walters (Katie's little cousin)
So, what does conch taste like? Chicken?:) Thank you for taking us all along on this exciting adventure in your lives. I will admit I had never head of Turks adn Caicos before, but I will remember it now. I look forward to hearing all your stories that didn't make it to the site. See you soon, Cheryl
beauty I am talking about Katie of course!
I am very glad that you all had such a wonderful time, thanks to your hosts, the islands and the giving nature of Rotary.
I am very glad for Katie who applied for Denmark and waited a year before going to this Paradise.
Come back safe and sound. ( it is 110 degrees in Phoenix!)
See you soon,
Carolee/Gerrit.
Abaco and beyond Another thanks for all of your posts and pictures. Best wishes from both southern Arizona (and Toby) and Oregon. I know each of you have more happening than you can possibly comment on even if you talked non stop for the next year. Take time to breathe and just absorb. We will listen to what you feel like as your mood strikes. Each of you deserve this wonderful experience.
A Day at School Mishay, I spent an hour at your school today reading to Bernadette's class of 10 5th graders. They are studying Africa so I had a bunch of African folktales for them. School is not in bad shape except for, well, never you mind...I now think that I will go to Africa with Rotary this September (Kenya) on a water related project. Katie, I worry about you around all that wine too. Save a sip or two for others. Cynthia, the city needs your help. It is over 112 degrees and a little hard to see the benefits of living in the City just now. Wendy the pictures are GREAT! You do have a talent in that regard. Now, really, how is Mark feeling? I could be there a just a few hours...
island hopping WOW, are there really enough hours in the day to do all the things you are doing?:) Here's wishing you all safe travels as you head to a new destination tomorrow. Wendy, how are you handling all the various modes of transportation?:)
What a fantastic experience for all of you! Loved reading about your experiences and adventures so far, Katie and group. Will check in every few days for more. Be safe and come home safe too. Will love hearing more after your return.

Greetings To You! Hi Katie! I love the blog! What a great way to share pictures and experiences. You've had so many experiences already. Now, when you get back, you will have to teach our team some of those dance moves. Wishing you the very best. Linda
Enjoy Everything! Hey Katie, Mark and Team, It sounds like you are having a great time. Only someone who has been on a GSE trip can truly understand the experience you are having...it is definitely a once in a lifetime. Love the pics and the blogs. Congrats on being such wonderful representatives for D-5490.
Wish I was there How is Mark feeling? I just got home from Colorado and opened the blog for the first time; man, am I jealous! It seems to be all that you had hoped for and more. Now that the District Conference is over, I can get back to a normal life in retirement. Take care of each other and I hope that you never have to say that "you know who" called!
Craig (the BEST man but never the groom)
