Hallo, Bedankt al voor de mooie foto's. Maar tgv van zware regenval in Guatemala en Mexico zijn er zoveel overstromingen. Dus dacht ik aan jullie en ik hoop dat jullie het wel stellen. Ik ben met mijn tas van Madagascar al gaan winkelen en iedereen is jaloers op mijn schone kabas, jong. Kusjes Ildegard

You both are so brave, I'm happy to read that you're out of the jungle and safe! I would have died after the first spider in my tent (not even a tarentula), and I don't mention the absence of chocolate!! Bisous!

Hi, Just came across your rant about Madagascar whilst looking for our Travelblog entry (www.travelblog.org/bloggers/Geoff-n-lexa) and it sounded just like me! We spent 3 months in the country (half at a dive conservation project on the west coast) and I had quite a few major arguments with people who as you say were blatantly used to rich foreigners on package holidays where $50-100 for ride was feasible! Anyway I won't go on as you already know the score! We did enjoy our time there, but they have a warped view of tourists and how much money they have. Enjoy the rest of your trip Geoff

Ile Sainte Marie
Bill says the name of the bungalows is Liberte . We checked them all there and it was by far the bestfor it's price with individual Palapas on the beach and great food too...We went to the tiny island next to it by taxi+ pirogue and walked around the island It was a great all day adventure. ENJOY!!!!

Alors les vazas, ca va???
Je ne me rappelle plus le non des bungalow mais ils avaient une petite iles dans la baie avec un ponton pour y arriver,. C'etait avant le village. Au village, de l'autre cote de la place au bord de l'eau il y avait un resto/ecole de plongee (en face du internet cafe)tenue par un breton...delicieuse bouffe (homard a l'armoricaine hmmmmm!, rum arrange au gingembre ou aux piments!) Routes en tres mauvais etat. On avait louer des bicyclettes au village pour 1 semaine. mais les routes etaient vraiment trop boueuses...

Encore une fois des magnifiques photos, waw, je bave sur mon clavier ! Mais je suis bien surprise que vous ayez eu de si mauvaises expériences, je suis allée à Mada il y a 6 ou 7 ans et j'en ai gardé un tellement bon souvenir ! On a bien eu quelques galères dans les transports en commun, mais après coup, ça fait des bons souvenirs ! J'espère que la suite de votre voyage se passera mieux et gros bisous ! Alex

Safe at home!!!
Well guys... We've just arrived at home! It seems incredible, some hours before we were in the jungle, and right now all our clothes already smell clean :o Have a nice snorkeling and sun bathing at Ile St Marie! P.D: Aaah! We want you to know that you both have been one of the best things of our trip. It has been a pleasure to share taxiborusses, the dinners and of course Jeanon (the guide), with you... P.P.D.: Cresson=Berro P.P.P.D.: We bought a small bottle of Cunch Popo that we will drink in your honour. Please do the same with the "bananes flambees"
