hey stink Hi, Em. How are you? I've noticed that your first blog is considerably longer than your second two. Did you run out of ideas? Or are you just lazy? Anyway i'm am severely under impressed.
On another note. How are you? Got malaria yet? Mum passes me snippets which seem to indicate you're well. I hadn't emailed myself before because I strongly believe adventures abroad should be just that: adventures. I keep telling mum to stop worrying and leave you alone. If you're dead in a ditch there's nothing we can do about it and you'd probablynot want us to worry and rush out there to attend you stricken corpse in any case. Keep a positive spin eh!
Love you,
Sincerely, Ol & Pat (who didn;t write uch but is sat here with me along with gram and John)
Wow Emily! It looks so exciting! Hi Emily! Not sure how all this "blogging" works! It's the first time I've ever looked at a blog and here I am leaving a post! It's a great idea, though, and I'm really looking forward to following all your adventures. It all looks thoroughly exciting and so completely different from life around here. Have a wonderful time, you lucky girl!
Wow Emily - you lucky bugger!!! It all looks and sounds great. Make the most of it. I have started my new job and it is good but i am still finding my feet and hate being the new girl after 20 years! I know i will love it eventually! Also can't wait for better weather. Really missing Asia! We had some great times. Keep safe.xx
Great to hear your news! Hey Em. Glad you're starting to settle into your life out there. It all sounds very exciting and different. The volunteer work sounds like you could make a big difference to the lives of some of the kids- good luck with it. It is raining here again today so you are certainly not missing out on the weather here! Looking forward to reading more of your blog as time goes on. Love Anne x
Blog Hi Em,
Great idea to start a blog. It's alot easier to se what you're up to than hounding for emails!
You really are fortunate to have escaped the British January to somewhere considerably more beautiful. I hope that the Spanish is coming along and that you have a great experience.
See you in 12 weeks.
Hola amigos! I'm currently spending 12 weeks in Antigua, Guatemala to learn Spanish and then will be heading south to travel Central America and probably more of South America too. Hope to stay in touch with you all whilst I'm away.... full info
