Welcome to my blog! For those just browsing, I'm a med student in eastern Canada. For the sake of simplicity I'll be using this for both a travelling/non-travelling blog, but hopefully it'll be mostly the former.

For the fam (and others less tech-savvy), click on the 'subscribe' button if you'd like to receive an email notifying you each time I add a blog entry. Also, there may be more than one page of pictures in any given blog, you'll have to click the next page, and keep your eye out for video clips at the top of the page.

I'll do a bit of catch-up work from my previous travels through Australia and Ecuador & the Galapagos Islands, along with my shorter trips to Las Vegas and California.

Future blogs will likely include short ones from my experiences at med school or trips I might fit into the 9 school months of the year, and hopefully more extensive blogs during the 3 summer months which I plan to spend (part of) overseas, in Africa (starting June 2007) or Asia (2008).

For everyone, feel free to comment, I will put at the end of each blog my next closest travelling plans, and am very open to suggestions you have about the places I'm heading (where to stay/eat, what to do etc.), especially let me know if you're going to be around the same place at the same time!
