Malaysia and Beyond
Im heading to Kuala lumpur for a month to work in the main hospital there. Following this I am travelling from Bangkok, through Cambodia to Vietnam, then back to Bangkok where I will fly to Koh Samui, Thailand and then I finish with a few days in Hong Kong on the way back. I will be away for 2months and 2 weeks and I will be writing a bit of a blog and putting up some pics to chare along the way!Eleri

Malaysia 2nd and 3rd week

Hi, sorry for not writing this sooner!! The second week in Malaysia started with us going to the aquarium in the patronas towers for one of the girls birthdays, it was nice, it had one of those tunnels that you walk through and all the sharks etc swim over it and the turtles were beautiful! We had placement as usual and caught up on a bit of sleep this week as we still exhausted.On the wednesday night we went out, as it is ladies night on a wednesday and you drink free in most places!! Hi, Its been a very busy first week - jet lag and early mornings means that myself and jenny are pretty tired by now. Its also very humid and sunny and its hard getting used to that, at least our room has air conditioning!! We have learned by now not to try and do anything for a few hours midday due to the heat and so now we just go back to the hostel and have lunch/relax for a few hours before venturing out! The hostel is really nice, the staff are lovely and very helpful. Our room is nice and the hotel has lovely facilities such as a kitchenette and lounge area that make it very comfortable.
