Hi everyone hope you're all happy and well. We are so excited to see y'all in October and catch up with all the goss and news! Well we made it to Cambodia. We took a bus from Thailand to the Cambodian border and literally got a few stamps in our passports and stepped into Cambodia. Yes you guessed it we couldn't resist the place.....we found a cheap flight and now we are back in India! We decided to go as north as we could to a place called Leh in Ladakh, it is right in the Himalayas (again) its beauty is absolutely breathtaking, as you will see on the photos. Helen thinks its what heaven should look like, its her favourite place so far and its definately one of mine too. First we had to get to Manali then we had to get to Leh. Hi everyone!!! Sorry we have been a bit lapse on the blog recently, we are adjusting to the Thai way of life! We caught our plane from Delhi no problems on Singapore Airlines to Singapore (stopped there for an hour) then onto to Bangkok. Just as we were about to land we saw a beautiful sunset from the plane above the clouds...lush!!! You would never believe India could be as cold as it is now!! We are sitting here writing this in extreme climates in the mountains of the Himilayas. After a hair raising train ride from Delhi to Shimla perched on the edges of the mountain tops, we rocked up in our flip flops and thin clothes thinking "We're in India how cold could it be!!" We spent our first few nights in the indian YMCA with no heating and dodgy showers freezing our arses off!!! Hello familly, friends and the crew love to you all xxx We are back in Delhi once again waiting for a train to North India (Shimmla) and far North to explore the Himaylas!!!!! We spent some time in the south at Hampi and Goa after Lauras birthday and the house boat. Hello everyone! Made it to the beach for my birthday after a 2hour bus, then an 18 hour train then a 15 hour train then a 2 hour bus back to back! We got to a beach resort called Varkala. It was lovely there, we kicked back and chilled, drank lots and ate seafood! On the day of my birthday we spent the day on the beach, had a picnic and we burnt to a crisp! Another big thank you to everyone who has messaged us its always great to read them. We had such a good time in Kolkata, met so many interesting and nice people, we never made it directly to Kerala we have detoured to a small beach town called Puri. It was recommended to us by a few people in Kolkata. We have also been warned against going south because the weather is getting hotter everyday!!
