a question about your trip to israel Hello,
My name is Adva, and I am writing a master thesis on travelers in Israel and the Palestinian territories. I read your amazing blog, and i wonderful if you can answer a few questions:
1. Did you use a guidebook to Israel?
2. If you did use a guidebook, of which company was it.
3. If it was of the Lonely Planet, which edition was it? (It is writing in the back cover and in the first pages usually, and if you dont have the book, can you try to remember what appeared at the front picture cover?)
4. Would it be ok that at the future I will send you more questions?
5. Thanks
Adva

what up cuz Hey bro nice pics. The desert is an amazing place. Reminds me of my days out at Camp Pendleton back in Cali, when I was in the Marines. Glad to see you are still enjoying yourself out there. We missed you at the wedding, but we got plenty of pics so you can see them when you get back. Your mom made me an awesome groom's cake, a putting green, it was sweet. Anyhow, about to have my wife's 1st cooked meal gotta run! Love ya big guy!

Kudos for Stopping in Romania It's too oft overlooked, Eddie, and the women are beautiful. Sorry I couldn't stay on IM longer the other day, I hated to say adieu. I've said before; you're doing it right. Don't even think about coming home until you absolutely have to. I ended up taking side jobs here and there to extend my time, don't be afraid to do the same. People who love you will miss you, but they'll also understand how important such an adventure is to you.
I'm very happy to be the one you kept in the loop among "our virtual circle of friends", and hope every day for your safety and adventure to continue. Then again, I'm checking your neck for puncture wounds upon your return.
... Hi Edgar! Did I ever tell you that my dad was born in Romania? There is a long history why there were many germans in Romania. Actually they were brought there by a king some hundred years ago to defend the eastern border against the Turks. So many german-speaking people still live there although many were threatened away after the 2nd world war. Most of the churches were built by these so called Sudeten=Deutsche...
I just came back from Athens. Be sure to read my update on the Akropolis tonight in case you want to go there. have fun!
ME ENCANTA' COMO ESCRIBES. TUS FOTOS SON COMO PARA CONCURSO. TUS HISTORIAS COMO PARA UNA PELICULA. AMOR, LA VIDA ES SOLO UN MOMENTO, HAY QUE DISFRUTARLA EN SU TOTALIADAD COMO LO ESTAS HACIENDO. VIVE EL AHORA, VIVE TU VIDA Y NO TE OLVIDES DE SER FELIZ

bucaresti!! nice writting man!! was this supposed to be a tough question? lol why in the world are you going to romania? well, i'm sure you'l enjoy it too, be sure not to drink un-official vodka (serious, really), but that is in my opinion, a great transition from spanish latin culture to Turkey. The romanians are known as the only "latins" of central-eastern europe! How long will you stay?
Take good care friend
