I spent 6 months backpacking the Philippines, trying to explore parts of the country rarely visited by foreignors or even most Filipinos. There are many blogs about tribal visits here, including one first contact with an isolated tribe. There are also blogs about beaches, islands, festivals, towns, more standard tourist attractions and spiritual healing.
