Hailey
Hey girlie. I am SOO glad to hear you are having a blast...It is amazing you get to go on these lil trips like this, huh?? Well I a was just giving you an update on how Hailey is. She had another bone marrow test last friday. She is in REMISSION now, but they still have a LONG way to go. She is under 5% of cancer cell now and she is starting to get around a lil bit. She still has to go to chemo and get blood tests everyweek. But things are looking up again. Hopefully things will continue that way. Gpa? well he is Gpa. He came with us to the campground last night and he seemed to have a good time. He is getting around pretty well considering what is going on with him. Hopefully you have an uneventful trip home. Talk soon and Have a blast... Love ya Heather

Wow. Are you having fun yet?
Sounds like your having a harder time with weather, bus drivers, people accepting credit cards and finding places with the internet than grandpa is with his heart. Mom called a couple of hours ago to say the operation was over and grandpa was in the recovery room. He's not out of trouble yet but the operation went well and things are looking much better. Hope you can relax and have some fun. Sounds like they are really keeping you busy!!!

Ouch!
That is too bad, I will keep the both of you in my prayers. While I was reading this, I noticed that the google advertisements were for healthcare and knee braces, kind of bizarre. Well I hope the trip will remain accident free from now on, keep safe!

Part Irish
Well well, You finally did it. Was wondering if you would. Congratulations! Did you make it to the Cathedral before you left Galway? Mom did remember to feed the seamonkeys. Sorry this is so short but I'm off to a conference in Wisconsin. All my love, Miss you.

Tears
I don't know if you'll get this or not, since you have moved on already as I type this but it loos like the last days in Galway were fun. Have really loved the pictures. Have been pleasently surprised to see picture of my camera shy daughter among them. Hope your trip was safe and Dublin will be as much fun. The Edmond O'Neil piece was neat.

the line that gave your story away: Shockingly for Landmark students we kept our cool, found our teachers and made a plan to follow the crowd as far as we could go. Landmark students keeping cool and not wandering? hahahaha! i survived my orientation at camp... my fellow staff are really hot!!!

Getting Nailed
Well I found it nice to know our dollars are being well spent and you are studying on study abroad.(only kidding) Anyhow, I wonder which will be of more interest -- the ancient history or the modern though I suspect I know which part of Ireland you will like best. I was certainly intrigued by your side note as well. How badly did we get nailed and should I start getting some boxes so I can start packing Ethan's and your things?

Sweet! Did you see King Arthur too?
No knights in shining (or likely at this point rusty) armor mounted on horses and hoisting Javelins? How terribly disappointing. Actually the pictures look pretty darn sweet. Let me put my comments in like Mom and Dad, because they're funny. Dad: Whitney, I am so terribly excited for you on your trip. When I was in Germany I had to walk uphill both ways, in the snow, without shoes, and fighting dinosaurs to get there. Once I got there they said something about needing pants too, but they hadn't been invited yet. I especially to hear you say you didn't want to leave. Mom: Your pictures are pretty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111!!!111!!!!!!!!!! At least dad GOT to go to a castle, even if he had to fight dinosaurs and was shoeless!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tell me a bedtime story when you get back, but get a good one from your teacher because yours are too scary and I can't sleep then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously though, I love Mom and Dad a lot, and you just as much. I hope you're having a blast (it sounds like the castle was fun), and I miss you. Can't wait until you get back so we can go see the new crappy Fast and the Furious movie and wreck general havoc upon the Chicagoland area. Miss you tons! Stay safe, and update soon :) P.S. Pray that Mom and Dad find humor in my jokes and don't kick me out of the house after reading this!

Castle
Great pics of the castle!!!!!!!!!! I don't think I've ever seen a castle ruins in my travels. It does look like fun. Maybe you can share some of the history when you have time. Ask MIke to repeat it for you if necessary.

Roscommon Castle
Wow, it was exciting for me to hear your comments and especially to hear you say you didn't want to leave. It really must have been an interesting place. It looks neat, like some of the castles mom and I saw in Germany. Unfortunately they were a little younger and not just out in the middle of a field so we either never got to go in or we had to be part of a tour. It must have been nice to have the run of the place and just be able to climb all over it.I hope you will get to some other exciting places before you leave (or the fire ends your trip). More later. Love you and miss you. Dad
