Is this Dominque Is Dom from Nantes in France and if so did he used to be the physio for the rowing team that travel and competed in the 1978 international champs?
Hi !
Will miss following you step by step...! Jenn and you are excellent writers and your photos are great!
Hope we'll have a book soon! Welcome back to Canada !
With all my love, Mom
Safe flying home...business class ROCKS!!! Wow!!! You guys had an amazing trip. I loved following you along on the journey....I must admit Dom, you are quite the eloquent writer. Sorry we did not get a chance to meet up with you guys, but it sounded like you had the trip of a lifetime. Have a great trip home, hopefully Manny left the house in one piece. ;-) Ciao
add it to the list hey jen and dom, havin' a blast I see. wicked. Thanks for the pic of the kite surfers, I'll just add that place to the long list of places for me to go to. :-)
Can't wait to see a polished slide show outlining your best pics.
Maybe Amy and my pics will be done by then.
i would've carried the packs... okay up until this blog i was REALLY excited for you both and now i'm just pure envious (but with good energy...i'm still excited for you...). obviously the pictures are PHENOMENAL and i looooved the sunset. i guess reading these blogs just reminds me how much i miss you two!!!
love,
the girl.
ps still DO weigh as much as packs!!!
A word in defense of dysentry... I weighed myself at the Conrad Hotel (what the Hilton would be if it was a nice hotel) two days ago, and I'm down to 184lbs from, oh, somewhere in the neighbouhood of 200lbs.
Need to lose weight, try Asia!! (Now, that's marketing!)
I'm loving this Hey guys.. sound like you're having a blast. I'm enjoying your entries, and really feel like I'm there...without running the risk of dysentry! What a deal!
We really do need help with our luggage Funny you should write what you did, when you did, Aparna: the room we left this morning had an extra (single) bed with your name written all over it. My only concern is that each of our packs weighs about as much as you do (did?), so you might have some trouble with them. Take care.
Snow Just wanted to let you guys know, it is snowy and grey here in good old Calgary, thought this might brighten your day up.
Great Pictures and commentary, just as I would have expected.
Do you need help with your bags? you're pictures are fabulous-- i'm sure that no monuments were harmed during the taking of the photos. i can't wait to follow your story into vietnam; how's the food been? if i was your sherpa i'd cook for you...maybe.... the girl.
missin ya from over here hi guys, miss you lots but console myself with the knowledge of the fun times you are having!! ;)
p.s. to Dom - i like the way you write
We might even have crossed paths... Thank you for the words of encouragement, Craig. Please send me your blog details so that I can check your page out.
Still in HCMC,
Dom
nice blog hey I am in Ho Chi Minh City at an internet cafe and when I went to go log into my travel blog the autofill took me to your site. I was curious so I checked out your blog. pretty cool and great commentary. keep up the good work and enjoy your travels.
Amazing I must say, whoever is taking the pictures is really good! They look like postcards, in fact, even better than postcards. Take care guys.

Welcome Tax LOL, get used to being fined, they'll charge you for farting if they can. Its called "salary" to them, and there really isn't much you can do aside from avoid them....
assistance In order to assist with your struggles in the Thai language... moo = pork, gai = chicken, miao = cat, pad = noodle = sieu = street (pad sieu gai = very tastey) and som nom la = oh well, sucks to be you. :-)
I hope this helps in your enjoyment of the Thai culture.

Wanting to skip a Canadian winter, Jen and I are off to Southeast Asia. I will be writing this travel journal, and my interpretaion of events might be somewhat biased. Therefore, for the sake of objectivity, I invite you to also visit Jen's web site at http://jennflem.spaces.live.com/

I'm afraid you have the wrong man. Good luck finding him.
