Arrived in Dublin at around 5:00pm today a little later than the 3:45 my flight had suggested I would be here.. but I found a girl on the bus to help me get to the stop I needed for my hostel and it was VERY near, on the next block so that was fantastic because I was alone and meeting Jessie and Gina at the hostel. Wow what a trip! 4 nights at an amazing apartment with everything included as far as cooking untensils, a dishwasher, wash machine (that noone used), stove, oven, hugggge porch to hang out on, 3 bedrooms, a living room, dinner table, tv, two bathrooms, and 7 other amazing roomates! Plus a beach that I didn´t want to leave.. and it happened to be called playa de ana! So even though the trip took a little longer than expected it was well worth it! So here's what happened... Kristin got to the Sevilla airport at 1145 on Thursday and I went by bus to pick her up between my three classses after being up since 7 am. Then i got to help her lug her luggage around for a 15 minute walk back to the school where she stayed while I was at class (lucky to have someone help with luggage.. other people, LIKE ME (with two full suitcases, a backpack, laptop and purse) and the rest of the students didn't get that luxury!) HIIIII I am currently in a Hostel in Malaga, Spain!!!! We just had a friend, Nick kill a bug that looked like two QUARTERS big EWWW i don´t know if i was a cockroach or some other bug! Now I’m back… This is from (Feb 13th-17th) The flight back was shorter than the one on the way home, literally and physically draining wise. I am feeling healthier now maybe Spain’s warm weather is helping to cure my throat infection. It gets cooler out at night like 45-50 degrees and is about 65-70 average during the day. The first day I got back I just slept a bunch and got ready for the next day of class on Thursday. From the first week in January while I was here… Somethings you wouldn’t normally see/do around Wisconsin: 1. Showers that are only 5 inches off the ground to step into… and only 2 feet by 2 feet around 2. In the markets you will find entire skinned body parts of cows (including the head) to show good quality 3. Hanging chickens and yes rabbits as well waiting to be bought 4. 20 band aides for $7.35 5.
