We spent a week in Canmore, renting a condo within walking distance of the downtown area. The views were incredible, and the condo's hot-tub offered amazing panoramas of the mountains. If you go, there are some things you must do/see; - Hike Johnson Canyon. It's an easy hike, and well worth the walk. - Visit Banff and walk the downtown area. It's very picturesque. - Take the gondola up Sulphur mountain. The view is amazing. - Go horseback riding in the mountains - Visit Kananaskis - and if possible golf the course there! - Make the trip to Lake Louise - one of the most photographed places in the world, and for good reason.... read more
