Here I am the morning of Father's Day in front of a Mosque that is off limits. It is across the street from my HQ's. I'm scheduled to take a flight out to another base tonight or tomorrow. I'll have some pictures and the location after I return. I'm sure it will be interesting.

Trip to Kuwait and Iraq

Iraq TripJay I left to Iraq today from ATL to Shannon Ireland then lastly Kuwait. At Kuwait I took a Convoy up to an US air base to fly up to Balad Iraq. Morning June 14th I'm now in Shannon Ireland for a short lay over. It is weird because when we got off the plane everyone here clapped. We were all in uniform and they apparently love us the U.S. for what we are doing for the middle east.
