Hi everyone. Sorry its taken so long to write our next entry; we've been kind of busy doing absolutely nothing... This place is pretty much perfect. Super tiny, we can actually stand on one side and see the other side of the island. It's not crowded, it's hot, sunny, cheap, the water is perfect. We're not sure if we're coming home. So, we've been here since Tuesday. We changed our plans a little and came here a day early to meet up with Sam and Bree. It was really nice to spend the afternoon with them. So we went to the zoo on Saturday. It was an adventure, and definitely worth doing. We had to take an hour bus ride there, and third world bus rides are pretty ridiculous. This one involved having to rush the bus, because they don't actually sell tickets. Then, about ten minutes in, they made everyone randomly unload and reload onto a different bus. After that, Deidre spent most of the ride sitting on a bucket. We also didn't know that school buses could go that fast; it was impressive. The zoo itself was amazing. So, this is our first blog entry. Sarah and I are headed to Belize for 13 days. We've both recently graduated and decided we deserved a few days in the sun. We haven't actually left yet, it is more just to test it out. Our flight leaves at 2359 on 19 March, and gets into Belize City at 1150 on the 20th. We're going to spend a few days in Belize City, visiting the zoo and some museums. We just wanted to let everyone know that we made it. It was a pretty easy trip. We both slept through the first flight and our lay over. Getting ready to board our flight from Houston to Belize, we ran into our friends Sam and Bree, who are here on vacation too.
