I have had a passion for travel since I was a child, I started backpacking at the age of 20 and visited many countries around the world. I lived in South Africa for 3 years before returning with my daughter Summer in 2001. I have been living in the UK ever since. I work part time as a Travel Agent which I love. My daughter Summer also seems to have the travel bug even at 8 years old. My favourite destinations are Thailand & India for the culture, people, and fantastic scenery, and New York and Bangkok are my favourite cities. Places I still want to visit are Brazil, Tokyo and Rwanda to see the Gorillas.Debbi

Well today we collected all our ski equipment, we put the kids in ski school and met our ski instructor to start learning to ski (or try to!) we had a lesson for around 2 hours, just learning the basics, the weather was quite warm, to be honest I was really tired, today was a very long day, and we just about made the gondola on the way back at 5pm, we was all very tired and looking forward to dinner. After a short flight and a long transfer we arrive at our hotel, shattered! I have a splitting headache so I rest for a while, dinner wasn't that great, unpacked and had an early night ready for tomorrow.... read more
