Offering a room for rent for the spring and summer of 2010. This is a room with 2 twin beds in a rear/back 2 bedroom house. There is a full kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry room. We do use the back house, but it is not our primary residence. We do have children and a dog who would have access to the house but not the rented room, and because of this any potential renters will be thoroughly screened.
